Photo Booth & Photography Service Overview

Booth run time and setup will be agreed upon before the event and confirmed on the booking form or correspondences. If circumstances change, we will try to extend the booth run time with the hirer's agreement. For delays caused by the hirer or venue, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but may charge additional fees. The hirer must ensure the venue has suitable space, including headroom for some backdrops, and a power supply. For hires requiring a shimmer wall backdrop, it is recommended that the hire period concludes at least one hour before the end of your event, with adequate access to the venue for setup. Ideally, two hours are required for setup, although this time can be reduced if access is restricted.

Although fun is what it's all about our props are a critical part of the service and should be returned for others to use and enjoy. No props are to be taken back tables and kindly ask that parents and guardians of children ensure the return of our props. We operate a common sense policy but the hirer will be charged for stolen items or willful damage of props.

Beau Event Photos does not offer unlimited prints for commercial viability reasons. This approach prevents the need to slow down photo booth usage, as practised by other companies to manage printing costs. Our service is designed to be seamless, featuring two iPad stations for processing photo requests efficiently. We do offer print bundle packages tailored to your event needs, providing a comprehensive assessment based on our event experience. While we strive for continuous printing throughout the event, we reserve the right to modify the distribution of prints, including imposing print restrictions on frequent users of the photo booth. Our industry standard printer has a limit of 290 6x4 prints per hour! Add in the gaps and time for each photo session gives you a rough idea of the prints you need.

Digital sharing options depend on WiFi connection and upload speeds. We'll first try the venue's WiFi but have a backup mobile with a Smarty SIM. Image sharing includes Text, Email, WhatsApp, Airdrop, and Print, with Airdrop being the fastest. Other options depend on WiFi quality. Photos will be uploaded to the booth's digital album for guests to download, including unbranded individual images. GIFs are automatically created for sessions with 2 or more photos.

Backdrop choices will be made prior to the event, considering their size and suitability for your venue. Please confirm with your venue, especially if they have low ceiling heights, as our pillowcase backdrop has fixed dimensions of 7.5ft x 7.5ft; however, the backdrop can be attached to a different frame if necessary. Our shimmer wall backdrops require additional time for assembly and disassembly, which accounts for the extra charges. The effect of these backdrops can vary depending on the lighting of the venue. Please provide your own guest or memory book. While we assist with its completion, the hirer or venue must provide a suitable table. Our main focus is ensuring the booth operates smoothly. If you need a dedicated guest book attendant, we can provide one for an additional fee.

All images are provided via a downloadable OneDrive link and Pic-Time link for easy client distribution. We offer high and low-resolution colour versions, along with black & white versions for both photo booth and event photos. The Pic-Time link, available for 2-4 weeks, includes lower resolution versions (1mb – 3mb) suitable for online sharing and small prints. There's a fee for extended access. We can re-edit images for further enhancement if needed. AI Light Room enhancements take about 6 minutes per image.
