Footnote: Oil Seed Rape is also known as Rapeseed and Canola. The term "rape" derives from the Latin word for turnip, and the word "canola" is a portmanteau of "Canada" and "oil," coined in 1978 to describe a rapeseed developed in Canada. Oil Seed Rape is the third-largest source of vegetable oil and the second-largest source of protein meal in the world.
